Show Me Women Who Care in the beginning

In May of 2008, Show Me Women Who Care gave $2375 to the Northwest Missouri Children's Advocacy Center as Joyce Estes championed their cause. We held our first large group meeting at 5:30pm American Family Insurance Company cafeteria on Mitchell. Member Joyce Estes championed the Northwest MO Children’s Advocacy Center to receive funding for child abuse prevention. The funds were used for materials and instructors in Buchanan and Andrew County schools.
